Broccoli Cheese Soup

Ingredients
| 1 med | onion |
| 2 tbsp | margarine |
| 2 tbsp | flour |
| 4 cups | milk |
| 3/4 lb | velveeta |
| 1/4 tsp | nutmeg |
| 2 cups | water |
| 1 | carrot |
| 1 tbsp | chicken soup base |
| 32 oz | frozen broccoli |
| pepper |
Steps
- Saute onion in margarine
- Add flour and milk.
- Afteer milk is heated, add cheese, nutmeg, and water.
- Add soup base, carrot, and broccoli.
- Simmer until broccoli s soft. Add pepper to taste.
