Freezer Meal Meatballs

Ingredients

2 rollsraw sausage
1 lbground beef
2eggs
2 cupsbread crumbs
1 cuphalf and half
1/2 cupgrated Parmesan cheese
2 TBSPTS Onion Onio
1 tspTS Garlic Garlic

Steps

  1. Combine ingredients together in a mixing bowl
  2. Shape into ping pong size balls and freeze in single layer on a cookie sheet
  3. Once frozen, transfer to freezer bags in serving sizes that fit family's needs.
  4. To prepare: Bake meatls at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Boil noodles according to package directions and heat up marinara sauce.

Note

Freeze 8-9 meatballs with a half box of spaghetti noodles
Recipe makes about 40-48 meatballs
